Which countries do we sell to?

Currently, we only sell to Spain, but we are planning to add more countries shortly. If your country is not on the supported list, please contact us. We’re constantly expanding our reach and would love to explore opportunities to serve customers in new regions.

Shipping and Return policy

What is our quality guarantee policy?

If there are any concerns regarding the quality of the products received by your customer, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving the item, and we’ll promptly investigate and work towards a resolution.

Upon validation by our quality assurance team, we’ll gladly arrange for a complimentary replacement order to be sent to your customer without delay.

Are we offering free shipment for all purchases?

Yes, all shipments are included in the purchase price. We provide complimentary shipping on all orders, ensuring a seamless shopping experience without additional shipping charges.

What is our lost orders policy?

If your package is lost in transit, kindly contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We’ll gladly arrange for a replacement order to be sent on your behalf.

What is our return policy?

At this time, we do not offer returns as our products are personalized and custom-made for each order. If you wish to place a new order, you will be responsible for the costs associated with it.
